The play area includes an exercise room and guest bath, both opening to the patio and pool beyond. This room can easily be converted into a play room or a fifth or even sixth bedroom, should you have the need. The second master bedroom with its private bath works as a mother-in-law suite or a home for the live-in housekeeper.
